Each session focuses on how a pattern is running in real time.

Rather than analysing your story, we look at how your thoughts, emotional responses, and nervous system interact moment to moment. Once the pattern is clear, we interrupt it safely and help your system practice a new response.

Sessions are practical, structured, and collaborative.

Will I be in control the whole time?

Yes. Always.

Nothing is done without your consent, and you can speak, pause, or stop at any point.

This work requires your participation. It does not happen to you.

What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t work?

Many people come to this work after therapy that focused on insight rather than change.

Understanding a problem does not always stop it.

This approach works at the level where patterns actually run.

How many sessions do people usually need?

This varies depending on the pattern and how long it has been running.

Most people report noticing shifts within 4–6 sessions, particularly when they are actively applying the work between sessions.

For that reason, some people choose to work in a short structured block of sessions, while others prefer to take things session by session.

We review progress regularly rather than locking you into a fixed outcome.
